Gatta Curry or we can say Gatta ki subzi is a very popular Rajasthani dish made from besan ka atta. Dumplings made from gram flour and dry spices are steamed and cooked in a spicy and tangy yoghurt (Curd), milk cream or chach based sauce.

Ingredients: Curd (30%), Water (25%), Fine Gram Flour (12%), Onion (10%), Refined Oil (5%), Garlic Paste (4%), Kaju Paste (3%), Melon Paste (3%), Salt (2%), Milk Cream (1%), Red Chilli Powder (1%), Coconut powder (1%), Ginger Paste (1%), Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seed, Coriander Powder, Sugar, Kitchen King Masala, Garam Masala, Mustard Seed, Aniseed, Ajwain, Coriander whole, Kasoori Methi, Whole Red Chilli, Asafoetida (Hing), Fruit Salt, Bay Leaf (Neem Leaf).

Heating Instructions: MICROWAVE- Transfer contents of the pouch into a microwavable bowl and heat for two minutes on full power then server hot in your bowl to eat. PAN COOK- Cut pouch, empty contents into a frying pan and heat for 3-5 minutes while stirring then server hot in your bow to eat. HOT WATER- Immerse the pouch in boiling water for 3-5 mins then server hot.
